Hichens is a distributor of large Chinese industries. It was the private company that sold the largest amount of equipment to care for patients in the Covid-19 Pandemic. World leader in the sale of pulmonary ventilators to care for patients with covid-19.

COMPANY HISTORY

Hichens, Harrison & Co is a 218 year old stockbroker that offers a range of traditional stockbroking services.  It  is engaged in four principal areas of activity, Corporate Broking,  Institutional Broking and Sales, Private Client Stockbroking, and  Contracts for Difference. Corporate Broking comprises acting as  corporate broker for small and medium  sized AIM and PLUS markets traded companies. Institutional Broking and  Sales deals for institutional clients and continues to extend the range  and depth of its activities in the areas of institutional sales and  research (covering the banking, insurance and extractive industry  sectors).   Hichens was bought for £55m by Religare Enterprises, a financial services company based in New Delhi and backed by Malvinder and Shivinder Singh. The Singh brothers, both in their 30s, were ranked number 28 in the Forbes list of the 40 richest Indians with an estimated fortune of $2.25bn. 

In 2008, the businessman Peter A. Leite bought the Company, 15 years later Peter has become sole owner of HH and is currently expanding to several new markets such as USA with Hichens Harrison US, Argentina, South Africa among others.

 Pedro Alberto (Pete) holds an extensive and powerful corporate and political network, permeated by access to governments of countries in American, African, Asian and European continents, resulted from over 20 years of working worldwide. Besides a broad experience in International Trade and as Broker, Pete – as he is known – held various managing and financial posts both in the private as in the public sector. He was also the Owner and President of Hichens & Harrison, Pete has held several titles outside Hichens such VP of Finance British Chamber of Commerce, President Brazil Argentina Chamber of Commerce, Honorary Consul of Vietnam, VP of Flamengo Soccer Team, VP of Brazil Vietnam Chamber of Commerce.

      IPO PROJECT 2022

       Hichens Harrison Capital Partners announces signing of Agreement to embark on DOC.com's Initial Public Offering (IPO). The initial public offering of shares to the market is expected at a market cap of US$2 billion to take place in NASDAQ NYC 4 quarter 2022.  Hichens will join the Company's advisory board and contribute with its extensive experience in the capital markets. Miami, Florida, March 21.
